Meadowsweet Herb Tea

Meadowsweet Tea is an herbal infusion made from the flowers and leaves of Filipendula ulmaria, known for its sweet, honey-like, and slightly almond aroma. Traditionally used for its high concentration of salicylates (similar to aspirin), it helps reduce inflammation, relieve joint pain, soothe digestive issues, and relieve cold symptoms.

Use: 1 to 2 teaspoons per 8 to 10 oz. of water; steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Sweeten to taste.
